Can I view a watch before I buy it?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to view sourced watches in person before purchasing them. This is because we purchase them to order, and our low margins make it financially unfeasible to market and sell them like our in-stock watches. However, we provide extensive photos and videos so that you can see the watch in detail before making a purchase decision.

How does watch part exchange work in Dubai?
You trade your current watch against a piece from our collection. We value your watch on brand, model, reference and condition, apply that value to the purchase, and you pay only the difference. Exchanges run in person in Prive Residences – Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid – Dubai Hills or online, and usually complete within a few days to a week.
Which watches do you accept in part exchange?
Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Richard Mille, Tudor, Breitling, Omega and TAG Heuer, alongside other established houses. Send the details and we will confirm before you travel.
How long will it take?
Anywhere from an hour to several months, depending on the reference and how many examples are on the market. We give a realistic estimate for your specific request before starting.
Do I need the box and papers to exchange a watch?
No. A full set improves the trade-in figure, and watches are regularly accepted without one.
How long does an exchange take?
Typically a few days to a week, depending on how quickly both parties confirm and whether the watch you want is in stock.
Can I exchange for a watch you do not currently hold?
Yes. Our sourcing service locates pieces held anywhere on the market, and your trade-in value applies against them in the same way.
Is the watch I receive covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every watch leaving Chrono Group carries a 12-month comprehensive warranty, in addition to any manufacturer cover still running.
Can I part exchange remotely?
Yes. Insured, tracked logistics run in both directions across the UAE, and the exchange can be completed without visiting the showroom.

Our team of experts will provide a free and non-binding quote for your watch upon receiving your inquiry. Simply complete our form with details of the model, general condition, and availability of box and papers. Within 24 hours, we will provide an initial assessment of the price at which we would buy your watch.
How is my watch kept secure during the selling process?
If you choose to send in your watch, our reliable logistics partners will collect it from you. You will be provided with a tracking number, ensuring that you can monitor the progress of your shipment at all times. Your watch is fully insured during both transportation and storage.
What happens to my watch after I send it in, and who will inspect it?
Upon receipt of your watch, we will register its arrival and immediately inform you. Our certified watchmakers will conduct a detailed check, authorized by the manufacturers to evaluate watches of the respective type. This process ensures that no damage can occur. Once the inspection is complete, we will send you an offer via email or telephone. You can then decide whether to accept the offer or return the watch to you.

You tell us the brand, model, reference, year and budget. We search a network of more than 150 verified sellers worldwide, then report back with the options, prices and condition of each. Once you choose, the watch is delivered to our Dubai hub, authenticated, and released to you.
How much does it cost to source a watch?
Nothing. There is no fee and no upfront payment. We make a margin only when a watch sells, and declining every option costs you nothing.
Can you find a watch from a specific year?
Yes. Birth year and anniversary requests are among the most common we handle. Tell us the reference and the year and we will search for that combination.
How long will it take?
