The Patek Philippe Nautilus 5980/60G-001 brings together the sporty character of the Nautilus collection with an 18K white gold case and a distinctive blue-grey colour scheme. This 2026 example is brand new and presented as a full set.
The watch features a blue-grey opaline dial with a horizontally embossed pattern, complemented by white gold applied baton-style hour markers and rounded baton-style hands with white luminescent coating. At 6 o’clock, the large monocounter displays the chronograph’s 60-minute and 12-hour indications, while the date is displayed through an aperture at 3 o’clock.
At the heart of the 5980/60G-001 is Patek Philippe’s self-winding CH 28-520 C calibre. The flyback chronograph uses a vertical clutch and features a central chronograph hand, with a power reserve of approximately 45 to 55 hours. The movement operates at 28,800 semi-oscillations per hour and incorporates a 21K gold central rotor.
The 40.5mm white gold case retains the distinctive porthole-inspired design of the Nautilus, with contrasting polished and satin-finished surfaces. The case measures 12.2mm in thickness, features a sapphire crystal case back and is water resistant to 30 metres.
The watch is supplied with two blue-grey straps: a hand-stitched calfskin strap featuring a denim pattern and white stitching, together with an additional blue-grey composite strap with a fabric pattern. Both complement the distinctive “Jeans” aesthetic of the 5980/60G-001 and are secured with a white gold Nautilus fold-over clasp.
