Nothing. There is no fee and no upfront payment. We make a margin only when a watch sells, and declining every option costs you nothing.

No problem! Our team is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist you. We believe in honest and transparent advice and never use hard-selling tactics. In fact, if we think another company is better suited to help you, we’ll happily refer you to them.

How quickly can you source a watch?

The speed of sourcing a watch depends on the availability of supply in the market and among our network of contacts. We’ve been able to source watches in as little as an hour, but it can also take several weeks or even months. Contact us, and we’ll give you a realistic estimate based on your specific requirements.

Can you source a watch from a specific year?

Certainly! We’ve successfully sourced watches from specific years for our clients to commemorate special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, or birth years. Tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll do our best to find it for you.

Are sourced watches covered by your warranty?

Yes, all sourced watches come with our normal one-year warranty. In case of any issues, we’ll be happy to help you resolve them.

Can I view a watch before I buy it?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to view sourced watches in person before purchasing them. This is because we purchase them to order, and our low margins make it financially unfeasible to market and sell them like our in-stock watches. However, we provide extensive photos and videos so that you can see the watch in detail before making a purchase decision.
