Source Your
Luxury Watch in Dubai
Not every watch worth owning is sitting in a display case. Our watch sourcing service tracks down the exact reference you are after, drawing on a network of more than 150 verified sellers worldwide. The service is free, with no upfront payment, and no obligation to accept any of the options we bring back.
What we can find
Any reference from the houses we deal in, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Richard Mille, Tudor, Breitling, Omega and TAG Heuer, and most established makers beyond them.
Watches from a specific production year are among the most common requests we handle, sourced to mark birthdays, anniversaries and birth years.

How Sourcing Works
Describe the watch
Include the brand, model, reference, year, condition, and budget. A link to a listing you have seen helps.
We search the network
Our team contacts verified sellers across the market and reports back with what is available, at what price and in what condition.
You decide
We supply photographs and video for each option. Nothing proceeds until you say so and declining every option costs you nothing.
The watch comes to Dubai
Once agreed, we deliver the piece to our Al Quoz hub, inspect and authenticate it with our watchmakers, then invoice it and hand it over or deliver it to you insured.
How long sourcing takes
It depends entirely on how many examples exist and how many are for sale. We can find common references in current production within the hour. Discontinued or heavily allocated pieces can take weeks, occasionally months.
Send your requirement, and we will give you a realistic estimate for that specific reference rather than a general answer.
What sourcing costs you
Nothing. There is no fee, no retainer and no upfront payment. Our margin sits in the price of the watch when a sale completes, and if no sale happens, you pay nothing.
Every sourced watch arrives with the same 12-month comprehensive warranty as a piece bought from our own stock.
What to know before you commit
You can’t view sourced watches in person before purchase because they are bought to order rather than held in stock. Detailed photographs and video are supplied so you can assess condition properly before deciding.
If seeing a watch in the metal before buying matters to you, our in-stock collection at the Al Quoz showroom is the better route, and you are welcome to view it by appointment.
Frequently Asked Questions
Sourcing your watch with us
How does watch sourcing work?
You tell us the brand, model, reference, year and budget. We search a network of more than 150 verified sellers worldwide, then report back with the options, prices and condition of each. Once you choose, the watch is delivered to our Dubai hub, authenticated, and released to you.
How much does it cost to source a watch?
Nothing. There is no fee and no upfront payment. We make a margin only when a watch sells, and declining every option costs you nothing.
Can you find a watch from a specific year?
Yes. Birth year and anniversary requests are among the most common we handle. Tell us the reference and the year and we will search for that combination.
How long will it take?
Anywhere from an hour to several months, depending on the reference and how many examples are on the market. We give a realistic estimate for your specific request before starting.
Can I see the watch before I buy it?
Sourced watches are bought to order and cannot be viewed beforehand. Detailed photographs and video are supplied instead. For watches you can handle before buying, view our in-stock collection at the Al Quoz showroom.
Do sourced watches come with a warranty?
Yes. Every sourced watch carries the same 12-month comprehensive warranty as a watch bought from our own stock.
Can I part exchange against a sourced watch?
Yes. A trade-in value from your existing watch applies against a sourced piece in the same way it would against stock.
